The Process
How do you build a buying experience that is clean, while being elegant and classic in aesthetic?
Creating design theory for Ettinger involved several crucial steps. We visited the factory to understand the manufacturing process and to see the craft behind the luxury leather goods. We visualised the layouts and functionalities and iterated through feedback to refine the UI design, always ensuring we were aligned with design theory.
Design informed by the craft and product, taking inspiration from the manufacturing process through to the leather edge.
